Life Eight children (three daughters and five sons)and thirty-three years of marriage later I have returned to school to study theology. Prior to the adoption of our fifth child and the birth of our sixth (same year!), which made "working" impossible, I taught adult education classes and did relief teaching. My husband and I have a small farm on the Ontario border, more for entertainment than for economic reasons since our cows, horses, cats (LOTS) and dogs are not even remotely self-supporting! It is a great place to raise a family. Our children really are terrific(but not perfect!!). Our eldest, Jenn, lives in Picton and has three little children while our second son, Peter, has two babies and lives in Joliet. Our middle daughter, Laura, is at university in Halifax, our youngest daughter, Hannah, is in grade twelve.
